Terms of Use

Our cancellation policies

  • To receive a full refund, the traveler must cancel at least 5 days prior to the arrival date indicated on the ad (and included in the confirmation email).
  • If the traveler cancels 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the first night's stay and the service fee will not be refunded.
  • If the traveler cancels 24 hours before the arrival date, the reservation will be refunded at 50%.
  • If the traveler arrives and decides to leave before the scheduled date, the total price of the nights not spent in the accommodation 24 hours after the official cancellation will be refunded at 50% and the service fee will not be refunded.
  • If the traveler books with a non-refundable discount and rate, the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Long-term stays

  • Our cancellation policy for stays of 28 days or more allows travelers to cancel and receive a full refund only within 48 hours of booking, and only if they cancel at least 28 days before arrival.
  • If the traveler cancels after this time, he or she will receive 50% of the refund for the reservation.
